Ok click on start and in the search box type in word.
It should then show up in the list.

When it does right click on the icon.
Then click on pin to start menu.

Once done anytime you click start it should be there.

Dont understand "Click on pin"

.
You need to right click on word after it comes up in the search.
When you right click a context menu opens.

In that context menu click on "Pin to Start Menu"
Then Word will show up every time you click on the Start button.
