I phoned for tech support which cost $80 to talk to technician and was given the option of online tech support to save charges.
We have already spent $500 on repairs and anti virus and are reluctant to keep spending for the same issues.
I agreed to $46 online support and then I am asked for a further $118 or whatever the new amount is?
If we buy a new computer, will all of our problems be solved or will we still have issues until solved by a technician?
Telstra suggested I contact micropsoft for support. I am not willing to continue paying out money . I could have talked to a tech for $80.
