My address book just disappeared from Word 2010 and I need

My address book just disappeared from Word 2010 and I need to recover it. I hate to loose it. I doubt that it gets backed on external drive.

Can you help on use of the address book now?


 


The address book is available, but when I add a new entry to the address book it does not show up, and appears to be sent to Cloud.


 


When I type in the address it shows up in a pop-up indicating that it is added, but it does not appear in the address book where it can be selected.


 


It seems that the default interaction with the address book goes to Cloud. I have not been using cloud and am unfamiliar with it. Can you recommend a location with instructions for using Cloud? I shall be inspected the Cloud website later. Too busy at the moment.
