The Space on our computer is divided between me, my husband

This answer was rated:

The Space on our computer is divided between me, my husband and my son. This Means that everytime Yousee sends me a mail (Windows Live Mail) I receive 3 similar indiviudual mails? Why?
Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

When you say the Space is divided, do you mean you have 3 separate accounts on the computer?

Or just that you have three accounts within Windows Live Mail?

Thank you

Yes to the 2nd question. Yousee call them 1 account (my mail) and 2 aliases.

ok, the 2 Alias are why you will be getting the same emails again as they are going to your account plus the 2 aliases.

you would need to create actual separate accounts within Windows.

To do this, go to Control Panel, User Accounts.

You would then create an account for your Husband and your Son.

they would then log in within windows on these seperate account, and within windows live mail, you only have your own account, not the aliases.

If you have any difficulties at all, please do not hesitate to let me know so I can assist you further

Thank you

I have been on to Yousee here in Copenhagen they do not offer more than 1 mail access per address (webmail) and 2 aliases. So what you suggest cannot be done.

Ok, then you need to make seperate accounts for the other people.

You can do that for free with Microsoft, using a Hotmail account.

You create them here‎

Make one for each person and add these within Windows Live for them to use.

This is free of charge and will keep everything seperate.

If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
