I just got Microsoft Office 2013 on my laptop and have been trying to find my way around. Whenever I send email addresses as Bcc, it doesn't reach the intended recipients but returns to my inbox as if I sent it to me. How can that be corrected?

Hello and thank you for your question today. My name is Jason. I look forward to helping you today.

This is a truly odd case.

May I ask if this has always been the case or has it started recently?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I've only been using Office 13 for two days, so it has happened for two days.

Thank you for the update.

May I please, start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Absolutely

Thank you.

AFTER YOU CLICK THE LINK BELOW, you can continue.

Please, click the following link and allow the remote app to run: http://166.78.231.170:8040/?Session=d5d36e82-7426-4459-9c7e-914e27555137

Then on that page click the button that says, "Join Session".

Please, click the following link and allow the remote app to run: http://166.78.231.170:8040/?Session=d5d36e82-7426-4459-9c7e-914e27555137

I tried joining and evening went to option 2, and still nothing.

Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?

Which Internet browser are you currently using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or something of the like)?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am using Internet Explorer. What do you mean by, "Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?"

What do I mean?

I mean, after you click the Join Session button, it will ask you to run the application. I am asking if you are having issues with that.

Let's try another option.

- Please, click the following link, download that file, and run the file: https://secure.join.me/Download.aspx?webdownload=true
- Then download and allow that remote app to run.
- Once it is finished, please, tell me the 9 digit number that appears on the top of your screen.

Thank you.
