New Question: Its a "hard wired" conditional formula. Should be fairly simple, but I'm still having difficulty with it. (I must be tired or something. LOL)

I want the formula to say:

If 0<=B23<=99,999.99, then return .25 in B24;
If 100,000<B23<199,999.99, then return .50 in B24;
If 200,000<B23<299,999.99, then return .75 in B24;
If 300,000<B23<399,999.99, then return 1.00 in B24.
