I have recently (4 Days) purchased an ASUS Desktop ALL IN ONE

Customer Question

I have recently (4 Days) purchased an ASUS Desktop ALL IN ONE PC ET 23 Series. The place I bought this from downloaded office 365 Home Premium for me. When I got it home I found that I could not activate Outlook. I returned it yesterday to the store and they played with it again, On approaching them again I was informed that Microsoft Office 365 Outlook could not be downloaded as there was a fault with the software and that Microsoft new about this!!!!

On visiting another computer selling outlet I was informed "Not So" and the person I was talking to has in fact Office 365 installed on his and is working fine including Outlook.

Can you advise who is telling lies and if it is the first how can I get this fixed as they Advised that they did not load Outlook this time.

Thank You

Ok so What happens When you open outlook ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It was initially saying it can't load as there was a BETA version or an earlier version of windows downloaded and that I had to remove earlier version first.

I don't know if this is still relevant as they have not downloaded or attempted to download outlook this time.
