Hi Al,

What are you trying to refresh a web page in your internet explorer browser?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

doesn't matter the page. it won't refresh. is it locked?

Hi Al,

I am not sure what you are referring to as you have not answered my question.

Are you not able to refresh any web page in Internet Explorer? Are you saying your browser is frozen?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no the browser is not frozen, but when i hit the refresh button, it does not refresh.

Please try to reset your browser by doing the following:

At the top of Internet Explorer click on Tools, if you don't see tools press and hold the ATL key on your keyboard. While holding press A.

Click on Internet Options on the drop down. A box will appear, click on Advanced tab. Click on Reset box, do not place check box in delete personal data. Click on Reset, the browser will go through the process.

You will then need to close the browser and re-open. Test out your issue.

Let me know how you make out BEFORE selecting a negative rating. I will answer your follow ups.
