Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Can you tell me which version of office please?

And have you restarted the Mac since installing?

Thank you

ok, then the installation has not gone right

Are you able to uninstall and reinstall it Karen?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes, I should be able to figure that out. I have to head to a 12-hour work day. Will I be able to continue this later, or tomorrow morning?

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
You can Karen.

you just drag Office to the Trash to uninstall it.

then install it again like you did today.
