So to be Clear you installed a Program and your Office 2003 has removed itself ?

If you click Start>All programs > do you see the Microsoft office Folder?

What we can Do is Run a System Restore to Roll your machine back to when office was installed , You will lose no Personal Data it only Effects System Files,

It will remove the Optimizes Program you have Installed , Would you like the Details ?

For me to connect you need to follow this process step by Step

If you cannot i will just give the Instructions To fix the issue yourself

Here are the steps

1) Go to http://Join.me
2) Click the orange Share Button
3) Let the File Run
4) at the top of your screen you will see this

it will say join.me/ and then 9 numbers , Please reply back with the 9 numbers

No as you haven't given me the 9 numbers ,

Looks like we will not be able to Connect

So please follow these instructions to fix your issue once completed come back and Let me know

Ok to roll the system back to a time before you had this Issue please do the below

You will lose no personal data , Emails or Docs this only effects system files

Follow the 5 small steps below to restore

1)Click the start button the Round shaped Windows key bottom left

2)In the Search box type System restore press Enter

3)After a moment a box will pop up Click the Radio button Choose a different restore point > then Click next

On the next screen in the bottom left click radio button Show more restore Points then next

4)Highlight a restore point when you had no issues ,so before yesterday look at the date when you had no problems Click next

5)Then Click Finish and then Yes

The Machine will restart and restore
