I have some how protected my spreadsheet so that I cannot modify the print area.
The Print Area (and Print titles) fields are greyed-out
In the "Review\Protect Workbook\Restrict Permission\" is set to "Unrestricted Access"
I need to change the page layout but I cannot remember how.

After more than 30 years in the computer industry I had a stroke in 2005 and now using Excel is a challenge. Can you help at all?
Hi, I will assist,

I'm sorry about the Excel issue. Do you have office/excel 2003, 2007, 20010?

Can you try: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Clear Print Area, and check?

Please let me know. Thank you

Sorry, is the spreadsheet grouped with another sheet? Does it affect any other spreadsheet? Also, see if you can click on the arrow at the image above.

You can upload the spreadsheet at the website: http://wikisend.com/
, then tell me the file ID and/or link it will give you.

Thank you

Songs Sung 130331.xlsx

Can you check if the new file below works?

Also, if needed, unfreeze panes, if you are freezing and the printarea should be enabled.

Thank you

Yes - That did it

What did I do to break EXCEL?

I do want to do it again.

Great. Did you freeze panes? If all other excel files are working, then it's fine now. Thank you
