When I upgraded to wp 3.2.1 I lost my dashboard. How can I

When I upgraded to wp 3.2.1 I lost my dashboard. How can I get it back?  I can see my posts on my website blog but I can't add to or edit anything without their dashboard.

Do yoyou getting any error message while you login to admin area ? Or it just shows blank page after entering the credentials ? If you can give the wp and ftp login details, I can fix it for you.

Hi Jins. Thanks for replying.


 


My upgrade 3.2.1 wp login is username "admin", pw "pass.," Former version I am still getting in my www.pagemonth.com blog tab, built with RVSitebuilder through provider Webhostingpad.com, is wp username "nbkauffman" .pw "Csaw1010."


 


I do not know how to locate my FTP data except from my initial provider sheet data:: SFTP Hostname: pagemont


SFTP Password: 87FPb4x8gd


 


I log in to my RVsitebuilder control panel with username: pagemont, password: Csaw1234.

Hi Nelson, everything is okay, please check now. After confirming, please change your passwords also.

 

Plase note now you are using latest version of wordpress, that requires latest version of web browsers. If you have troubles with accessing your dashboard with IE. Please click here and download latest version of firefox. Install it on your system. Then try to access your dashboard with Firefox.

Sorry, didn't fix the problem, so I won't rate yet. I installed firefox and used my login to get my upgraded dashboard in firefox.


 


I then checked on my website using firefox and got my homepage as expected. But when I tabbed to my blog, I got the same "Spring has Sprung" top post title and same top image, etc. as before my wp upgrade. As I said before, I can see all I wrote prior to the upgrade, but cannot edit or add to them because I can't get to those posts' dashboard, which contains several pages of posts.

I don't know where you are working from, but I am used to dealing with support at my webhostingpad.com provider by phone, tollfree for both of us. If you have a tollfree line where you are you can use and don't mind using, I use my cell and will pick up quickly at 1-(XXX) XXX-XXXX. Maybe it will help, and you will get rated "excellent," even if we can't fix my problem, guaranteed.

 

I understand my wp upgrade requires the latest browser available. However, I couldn't overcome stability issues in IE10, which as you are no doubt aware is an update, and I reverted to IE9 which works for everything I've needed. Nonetheless, I will continue using the latest firefix browser you suggested while we continue.

I have resolved my wordpress issue through wordpress and don't want any more communication about anything, period.


 


While I tried several times to rate your service, I wasn't able to. When I clicked on the rating panel items it just deleted the items or surrounded them with move squares.
