What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Do you want to list the value from the G column if the C column matches any value in the A Column?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(TRIM($C12),Patients!$A$12:$G$1000,1,FALSE)),"Source",VLOOKUP(TRIM($C12),Patients!$A$12:$G$1000,7,FALSE))

Just put it in whatever column you want in row 12, and copy down for however many rows you need
