I bought a download of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional but

I bought a download of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional but somewhere in the download something messed up and I cannot use the program. Trying to find the problem I get two messages. The first is Microsoft Office Professional 2010 F:\MSOCACHE\All Users\(91140000-0011-0000-0000-000000OFFICE)-F\.
The second is 'Pro PlusrWW.msi'. I have not been able to use this info to get the program installed. I should have bought the installation disc also. Can you help me?
