Ok. Open Region and Language icon from Control Panel
there click on "Additional settings" button to change currency

My problem is that I want in english but its in spanish and getting confusing me even I live in PR.
Is Windows menu and all other text in Spanish, or it's Spanish when you type?
all in spanish
Ok. Open Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region -> Language
there click on Add a language and select English
Once English is added, select Spanish and click Remote to delete it
In found an icon Idioma which is language,

I did that before contat you but even some changes were made the main settings still in spanish. I using excel and the currency default is euro aI want to change the default to USD.

open Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region
Click on "Additional Settings"

Do you have Regional and Language Options in Clock, Language and Region
Can you go to Search and search for:
ok. Open the Settings once you type Region
then click on Format tab
In format I selected English US
Ok. Check other tabs for Currency field to change
It should change currency to $ if you change to English US, but please check
and also check for Additional Settings under Format tab

Now I have problem with the key board
Where did you buy the computer?
Is it for US market or some other?
Looks like is set in spanish.
Ok. Most of the keys should be the same
but if keys are in Spanish and you set English in Windows it will type differently
and that cannot be changed
I am not sure if you changed the keyboard also to English US or it's still in Spanish?
