Can you open Control panel on your computer?

Ok. Open Region and Language icon from Control Panel

nalosin :

there click on "Additional settings" button to change currency

My problem is that I want in english but its in spanish and getting confusing me even I live in PR.

Is Windows menu and all other text in Spanish, or it's Spanish when you type?

Ok. Open Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region -> Language

there click on Add a language and select English

nalosin :

Once English is added, select Spanish and click Remote to delete it

I did that before contat you but even some changes were made the main settings still in spanish. I using excel and the currency default is euro aI want to change the default to USD.

open Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region

Click on "Additional Settings"

It should change currency to $ if you change to English US, but please check

but if keys are in Spanish and you set English in Windows it will type differently
