Customer Question

I have been asked to develop a line graph, showing months on bottom, types & catergory. This is to show a trend. How do I organize the data in the excel and create the line graph to show a trend.

I will send you excel file as this is needed for 2 Regions and want this line graph to make sense.

1. 12 Months: Jan-December

2. Catergories : 1. Helpdesk & 2. Corrective Action

3. Types:1. Technical Equip 2. Bldg. Repair 3. Catering 4. Janitorial 5. Soft Services

Use a line graph to illustrate the Trend by months for the types & categories.
