I am getting an error when I try to open word documents.

Word experienced an error trying to open the file.
Try these suggestions.
*check the file permissions for the document or drive
*make sure there is sufficient free memory or disk space
*open the file with text recovery converter

I have office 2010. Win 7 Ultimate 64. I have plenty of disk space and memory.
