rhess :

Hello, I think I can help you with this. Can you please go to http://www.wikisend.com and upload the PowerPoint? You will be given a download link to access the file. Please copy and paste that link here and I can look at your file.

rhess :

Let me take a look at this and I'll get back to you

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

thank you...

It is especially the slide with all the NEE words...they shoot to the left of the page

rhess :

ok

rhess :

Ok, how are you testing the effects and how are you playing the presentation?

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

hi

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

when I start the slideshow from the start it goes funny

when I test the page with the effects all looks well

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

hello?

rhess :

I was unable to see any problems with it. You mean when you click F5 to run the slideshow, it doesn't look right anymore?

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

no not at all

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

did you run the slideshow from page 1?

rhess :

I did......everything looks perfect on my end

rhess :

on the 3rd slide, I see nee coming in from the bottom

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

there are about 6 Nees... are they appearing ok on the screen as on my screen they shoot to the left of the slide?

rhess :

let me show you what i see: https://secure.join.me/223-224-753

rhess :

tell me when you can see my screen

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

see it

rhess :

did that look correct? and is that not the way it plays for you?

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

its the way it should be, but not on my screen!

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

how can I show you what I see?

rhess :

okay....unfortunately, I am unable to view your screen because of site policies, but in my opinion, it really sounds like an issue with your powerpoint installation

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

u think?

rhess :

I would first try a computer reboot, and then I would run an office repair

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

ok.. i will let our IT guys know

rhess :

I have tested it on 2 different computers and it runs perfectly fine for me

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

thank you rhess

rhess :

Do you have another computer available to try it on? That way you can confirm what I am seeing

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

I will try, hold on

rhess :

Let me know, I will be back in a moment

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

On the other PC it looks fine..

rhess :

Yeah, I thought it would. That pretty much confirms that it's your computer or the office installation on your computer. But the Powerpoint file itself is just fine, no problems there

rhess :

I do have to sign off right now, but if you have any follow up questions, post them here please and I will get back to you ASAP.

JACUSTOMER-xqnfykqa- :

ok, thank you
