I've tried but I cannot find the old password. I had been using a different one for Outlook and a different one for IE. I purcchased the password XXXXX for Outlook and that didn't work on my site either.

Don't know what to do next. I do nknow that my IE password XXXXX XXXXX my password XXXXX the internet but everything I put in for the old one isn't working.




Can i remote onto your machine and have a look at your Issue >?

Yes - yesterday the fellow that did that left me with a floating mouse. Please don't leave me with it this time. I get up pop up box asking for password XXXXX few minutes
