Customer Question

Same question about a new install of Publisher 2010 installed on Windows 7 coming up with the "publisher cannot load the required file (ptxt9.dll) You may be out of memory or the file may be corrupt" Error. I have been through the exact steps posted by the "Expert" It will open the first time. If its closed out, the error returns.
