My Windows Live Mail gets an error message --unable to send or receive message for my account Server error 0X800CCC90 Server response -ERR inactivity time outServer MailBTinternet Windows Live Mail Erroe 0X800420CD Bt have tested yahoo mail sending a test message and say this is a Windows problem. Can you help?


 


The problem from your page is that you respond by email which for me does not work  yet I do not have a mobile phone for text

Ok then Next step

 

Can you log into the Webmail version of you email

 

As you already have the Inbox Email saved on your Machine

 

Can you delete all the emails in the Inbox ( you have them in Windows Live mail)

 

Then When the Webmail Inbox is clear > Restart the machine and test again

 

this Rules out any messages causing the issue

I think you miss undertsnading

 

I am asking you to deleet them from the webmail not WLM

 

(has nothing to do with the work done earlier )
