I want to replace blank values in a field in several hundred

This answer was rated:

I want to replace blank values in a field in several hundred records with a text value. "Find and replace" won't let me use blank data as the "find" value. Is there another way to accomplish this?
Hi there

Happy to help

What version of Excel are you using? (I'm assuming this is within Excel) 2003, 2007, or 2010?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I'm sorry, I didn't mention that this is Access 2010.

Simply type

into the "Find What" box instead of leaving it blank, then you'll be able to replace the cells to whatever you want.

I tried (Null) 'Null' and "Null" but I didn't try null. Worked perfectly, thanks.

Glad it worked for you! You may rate me at this time; thank you.
