when i down a file or picture and music in a folder its says i have no administration rights

  1. Are you saying that now, you cannot download anything from the internet?
  2. Is this just a recent problem? Were you able to download anything before?


Please check your user account and see if your user account is an Administrator.


Go to Start => Control Panel => User Accounts. Look for your user name there. Is it an "Administrator"?
