1. Log into the Microsoft Billing site using your Windows Live ID and password.
3. Click on "Go to Payment Method Information" beneath "Payment Method Activity." The payment method information for your account will open.
4. Select "Use a Different Payment Method." Click on "Add a New Credit Card" and then click "Next."
5. Confirm the balances and accounts you want to transfer to a new payment method and click "Next." Enter the details of your new payment method, such as card number and expiration date. Click the "Save" button to remove your previous credit card and add the new one.
I think my problem has been resolved, since I was "finally" able to get them to accept my new credit card number. As for me giving you negative "feed back," perhaps you should look towards training your techs to be more sensitive to what the customer is saying as opposed to simply following a written script and I definitely did not appreciate being referred to by my first name. I'm not a friend of theirs, I'm a customer.
