And after you type in the key, and open a related Office product such as Word, what occurs?

Does it prompt you to enter a key again?

No, it says my trial has expired and I enter my new product key and it starts to download then flashes and quits
Expert:  Frederick S replied 4 years ago.
OK, and what version of Office did you purchase?

We are going to remove it completely then I will provide you with the link to the latest download for the version you purchased.
