a window comes up from time to time sayiny my vista registertion has expired how do I stop this window coming up or how can I put it right

Thanks. Is this the message your getting?Your activation period has expired If not, whats the message your getting word for word with any error code?
It says Your Vista registretion has expired there is an error we will check programme. can not correct please shut programme this may not be word for word but it is has much as as I can recall
