cannot send an email to a Group of addresses from Office 2000

 

Customer Question

cannot send an email to a Group of addresses from Office 2000 Microsoft Outlook.
Error message: this message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server.
This problem applies to all the groups in my address book.

 



Already Tried:
Tried re-entering addresses in the group, and removing addresses

Yes, there are many tests that you can perform.

The problem is that one of the emails that you are sending to, is formatted incorrectly.

Locate the problem email address and either remote it or repair it.

I offered to remote into your computer at no extra charge, but you did not allow such, for some reason.

You asked the question and I gave you the correct answer. The problem is that you are choosing to send an email to an email address that is not correct.
