I NEED to enter a formula to calculate holiday pay based on hrs worked, these are random hours by call centre staff so normal calculations dont apply. Wish to calculate holiday pay paid weekly as a percentage of hrs worked the formula for part timers is approx 12.07% I type in the total of column A (HRS WORKED) *12.07% BUT THE FORMULA but when I press return I get a 0 all the way down driving me nuts so guess I am doing something wrong?
Already Tried: as explained on main sheet

Thank you kindly for the update. Please, do not forget to leave feedback, if you found my answer helpful. You can do so now or after you click the Accept button. The problem was that you had the K column formatted as Text and not as a number.- Select the K column- Right click the chosen cells and choose Format Cells- Choose Number- Click Ok- Now when you enter the formula, it will work. Here is the fixed workbook: http://wikisend.com/download/471990/fixed.xlsPlease, keep me updated on the status of your problem if there are any further issues.
