I am trying to look up a value on two different workbooks and

I am trying to look up a value on two different workbooks and if it matches put a value that is in another column into the new workbook( example Workbook 1 - column D, row 2 and match to workbook 2 - column D row 2, if they match I need to put what is in workbook 1 column C row 2 into Workbook 2, Column A row 2, if they don't match I need to leave the cell blank.

Sorry what i am trying to get is if in the Palm Beach column F = Sheet 1 column E than what is in Column C of Palm Beach needs to be entered into Column C on Sheet 1.

The formulas are in the yellow cells. If an exact match could not be found the formulas return a blank
