Customer Question

I deleted all my Microsoft Home & Student 2007 so that I could install the 2010 version but then my computer completely shut down and refused to even startup until I restored it to the point before the 2010 installation. Now I have no Microsoft Word or any of the other features that came with that 2007 version. What can I do now?

Optional Information:
Computer OS: Windows XP
Browser: AOL

Already Tried:
Tried to delete files from my programs that I seldom used and then tried to reinstall the 2010 version and it did the same thing and so I took it out.
