RichieMe :

Hi there and welcome

RichieMe :

Can you uninstall all versions of office on your computer by using revo uninstaller

RichieMe :

Download the free trial from the below link

RichieMe :

www.revouninstaller.com

RichieMe :

run the program and remove any references to any of the Office versions

RichieMe :

then install Office and let me know if you still get the problem please

Customer :

That would be OK if I knew where my old version is packed away

RichieMe :

ok, do you see the new version of office in your start, all programs menu?

Customer :

Have uninstalled 2010 but if I uninstall Professional 2003, won't I loose Outlook completely??
