The short answer is no. Outlook today only supports the default data file. There is no configuration option to display multiple calendars or data files.
ok, The reason, the items in calender with recurrence does not alert me, looks like a bug in outlook, alert works if i remove the recurrence.
it also shows on outlook today, as i added them into a secondry data file, i can not see there there too
There is a known bug in outlook related to reminders not working on reoccuring events. Unfortunately there is no documented fix for this. Some people have had luck running the "Outlook /cleanreminders" command which has had some limited success in allowing new reoccuring event reminders to work properly however.
any ETA of the fix yet? BTW?
Microsoft has not documented any ETA. Honestly in many of these non-priority cases they may go unresolved indefinitely.
do u know which version of office works fine with this feather
The bug exists in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. The 2003 version of Outlook does not have this bug reported. Alternatively, you may wish to explore other alternatives such as Thunderbird as a free option
