I have Outlook 2007. I have the disk and have lost the case and have no product key. I bought it at a Office Depot. Can I get a key to use it, as my computer crashed and I had to reinstall everything.

In the case of a lost product key there is only one thing you can do. Microsoft can in most cases provide a replacement key for you however you will need to call them.

Microsoft Customer Service hours of operation:
Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM Pacific Time
Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time

 

It is always recommended that you keep the packaging which has the key but it happens often that a re-install is needed and the key is lost so they should not give you too much trouble on the phone getting a new key. They do sometimes have a small charge for the replacement however it is cheaper then having to purchase the whole program again.
