Microsoft Office Questions? Ask a IT Expert for Support ASAP
Hi there and welcome
Can you please do the following
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore.
perform a system restore from the last restore point
once it completes, restart the computer and test
if you still have the problem, please let me know
I tried 3 different restore points - all 3 messages were "Computer cannot be restored to: date"
have you tried a REPAIR on office?
to do this click on the HELP MENUT
and then DETECT AND REPAIR\
Let it run and restart your computer....
by the way not getting a RESTORE point indicates you are having issue with your WINXP operating system.
This could also be part of the the issue. If you are able to find your XP operating system CD. Let me know.
I await information on the outcome with detail.
