Hi there and welcome to Just Answer
which version of Power Point are you using?
Power Point 2010
to do this please do the following
NOTE The presentation that is currently open automatically appears in the Files to be copied list. Files that you linked to the presentation are included automatically, but they do not appear in the Files to be copied list.
Passwords apply to .pptx, .ppt, .potx, .pot, .ppsx, .pps, .pptm, .ppa, .ppam, .mhtml, and .mht files that have been converted to .ppt files, in the copied presentations. If any of the files that you copy already have passwords assigned to them, PowerPoint prompts you to choose between keeping the previously assigned passwords for those files and overriding them with the new passwords. If you choose to override the previously assigned passwords, they are no longer accepted for the copied versions of the files. However, they are still accepted for the original versions.
if you have any difficulties, please let me know
This is not going on a CD just on my computer and then emailed out to people who work for me around the country so that they can send it out to potential customers.
I need to be able to send it right from my computer to theres as a presentation.
Please I am not that computer savvy, so please I need for you to walk me through this. I taught myself Power Point and that is how I did this presentation.
ok now problem, lets do it together step by step
is the presentation open?
ok, now click the office button top left
and choose publish
tell me each time you have done a step so i can continue
Is the office button top left the file button
I do not see publish
Can you take over my computer
no I cant sorry
ok then lets go
when you click on file, you will see it there in the list
Nope no publish just the regular things like save, save as or print or options etc
ok, do you see Save & Send?
ok, select that please, then choose create a video
Now choose the size of the video, weather to use recorded narrations for the presentation, seconds to spend on each slide, the click Create Video.

while it was saving?
ok, close powerpoint, reopen and repeat the steps please
how did it go?
I am having aproblem, sorry I lost you before. But, does everyone have video media on their computer
And how do you send it out.
yes, all computers come with it
you can just put the file in an email and send it as an attachment
did it work making a video file from it?
I am still working on it,
ok, no problem just let me know if you are encountering problems please
Is there other way of doing it so that they can get it in power point and not video and use the clicking method or is this just the way it has to be
this is the only way if you dont want them to edit it

Ok thank you then I will try from here on timing.
Ok thank you for all your help
