Hi,

When you bought a new computer, did you purchase Microsoft office also? Or did you purchase microsoft office previously at any point?

Please let me know. Thank you.

Sorry, I do not see your reply until now. How many office license(s) did you purchase previously?

Did you purchase office 2003, 2007, or 2010, etc.?

What is the website that you've downloaded office from?

Thank you.

So you bought Microsoft Works, not Microsoft Office? Microsoft does not support Works any more, so you have to try/buy office:

, but would you like to try/use a free Office program? Please let me know, so I can provide. Thank you.
