bobnosnarb :

Is this on your home computer?

bobnosnarb :

If you are using word at home, try finding the normal.dotm in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates Close, word and rename normal.dotm to normal.old. Open word and it will create a new dotm file. Then try creating some autotext entries and see if they are saved.
