Hi,

Thank you for asking your question on JustAnswer. It would help us to know:

-What OS are you using?

-I've never seen a whole folder in compatibity mode, is it the files within it?

We’re looking forward to hearing back from you soon!

I am disappoined in your service. I asked for help on Monday, and here it is Tuesday. I have no idea what an OS is.. It is an excel file with the information in the file

OS = Operating system, what versin of windows is it?
Is it all folders or just a few files within the folder....
What are the file extensions?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
windows 7 It is just the one folder I was working in. All other folders that are similar are fine
Expert:  Molinari replied 4 years ago.
Compatilibilty goes by file not folder....How many files are in there and what are the file extensions?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
If it will help you since I am not familiar with your terminology, it is a file containing stock transactions. There are more than a few companies listed in this file
Expert:  Molinari replied 4 years ago.
Ok, you can change compaitibityon af file, noot folder....
Are you getting an error message?
What is the file extension xls?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I don't know what the xls is. When I opened the folder yesterday, the file was not shown there was just grey. I must admit that after not hearing from you yesterday, I played around and have the file back on screen, but not looking the way the other files look.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I followed the directions and there is no appearance and personalization. The only personalzation is selection of the screen appearance etc
Expert:  Molinari replied 4 years ago.
