I created another user on my computer. I want the new user be able to access all programs like Microsoft word, excel etc. How do I do that?
I have Windows 7.

click on start type compmgmt.msc. Right click on it-->run as administrator.

I did that:

clicked on start

typed compmgmt.msc.

Right clicked on it

-->run as administrator

 

I can't find local users and group. All what I have under System tools:

Task scheduler

Event Viewer

Shared Folders

Performance

Device Manager
