Hi,

What is the exact error message when opening microsoft word, excel programs?

How about when opening your document files?

Did you purchase microsoft office 2010 previously? Is this a new computer?

Thank you.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

the message is as follows:

Microsoft Word starter 2010 cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in control panel. then at bottom it has OK to click on

I guess I purchased it when I purchased the computer last year.

So you've tried to repair, but it did not work. Have you done a system restore yet : click Start->All programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred?

Can you download and install the regular office 2010 trial:

Thanks.
