Hi, and thanks for using

What is the exact error message when reinstalling office 2000 (or is it office 2010)?

Thank you.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

It just says "error" and to contact product support. It is Office 2000 (two thousand). I have many documents in this format and need them to continue working.

Thank you.

Hmm, Microsoft does not support the 2000 version any more.

Can you try the 2010 version? It will work with 2000 documents.

Or you can use the free Open Office program; it works with all microsoft office documents.

Please let me know. Thank you.
