I have a problem with Microsoft Office 2007. When I double-click

Customer Question

I have a problem with Microsoft Office 2007. When I double-click on a Word, Excel, or Access document I get the message "There was a problem sending the command to the program". The application opens but without loading the document. I have uninstalled ALL office components using Revo uninstaller, flushed the MSOCache folder and re-installed Office, but the problem persists.

can you try this?

xiaqin :

  1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Excel Options.
  2. Click Advanced, and then click to clear the Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) check box in the General area.
  3. Click OK.

then close and reopen Excel, let me know if the problem is solved
