Does anyone know if you can change the 'scroll settings' (for want of a better term) in Excel so that when you scroll up and down with the mouse it doesn't always jump up an entire row at a time?

Welcome to Just Answer.

My name is Jason and I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve your problem.

When you do scroll, how many rows do you want it to scroll?

You can change the mouse scrolling behavior by following the instructions below:
- Click the Start button > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse
- Click the Scrollbar tab on top
- Change the scroll value to your preference
- Click Apply
- Click Ok

You may click the green ACCEPT ANSWER button on the bottom right of your screen now and leave any feedback for me that you feel is appropriate.

Thank you,
- Jason
