I have recently removed some tooolbars and other things form my computer. Now when I view an email in Outlook 03 and click on a link I get the message "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in place on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" What should I do?

save the chromehtml.reg file to your desktop

 

Double click it then click Yes to add to it to the registry

 

Then Open Internet Explorer

 

Click tools>Internet Options >Programs >Click Make Default then Click apply /Ok

 

Then Click a link in your Email and it will work
