Hi and welcome to JustAnswer! My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will assist you solve your problem.

Open that Word document and just click anywhere on your table. Then, you should see a new yellow tab - Table Tools. On that toolbar, in the right upper corner, click Draw Table icon. When clicked, your cursor will convert into drawing mode. You can then draw a vertical line as well as to split rows into two cells.
