NA-eTech :

Hello, and welcome to JustAnswer!

NA-eTech :

Do you have your Office CD/DVD?

Customer :

No I don't. how can i get one?

NA-eTech :

How did you install Office 2010 on the current computer?

Customer :

from the website with a product key

NA-eTech :

So, you have the setup file for the Office, right?

NA-eTech :

You can copy the setup file from the current computer to a portable drive e.g. USB drive or portable hard disk.

NA-eTech :

Then, you can then uninstall Office as follows:

NA-eTech :

Click Start and in search type Add or Remove Programs and press Enter.

NA-eTech :

This will bring up Add or Remove program list.

NA-eTech :

Select Microsoft Office from the list and click Uninstall on top.

NA-eTech :

It will bring up a dialog, follow prompts and when given options, select Uninstall and follow prompts to complete the uninstallation.

NA-eTech :

I hope this helps.

Customer :

Thank you, I'll let you know

NA-eTech :

Ok :). If it works, you can click accept then and if have any problem, let me know.

NA-eTech :

Have a nice day.

I would recommend a free, open source but very effective tool known as 'Darik's Boot and Nuke'.

This tool can be downloaded from the following link:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/

The tutorial on how to use this tool can be located here (PDF):

I hope this helps.
