I have been trying to set up Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, when I try to sign in to register I get will not accept try again, I have tried my password XXXXX other things and nothing is working I have for my computer and they couldn't find the problem

When I go into Outlook go to setup and then it goes to step two and I put in my email address it comes on with do not find or something like that , than a box will popup asking for a password XXXXX that doesn,t get accepted.
