I'm trying to create a table of contents, however I've already completed the document, how do I create a table of contents within this document so that it is hyperlinked?

The text that you want to appear in table of contents, u have make them headings

when you are done then go to start of document where u want to make table of contents

then go to references tab and at extreme left there is a button called table of contents. click it and you are done !
