Resolved Question:

I am having a strange problem with my cursor. Seems to only occur when editing an email message. I use Outlook 2007. My cursor remains at the end of my message. If I want to move it higher up to insert or delete something, I can't move the cursor. Thank you.

Thank you. I ran the diagnostics. No problems were found.

Then, I deleted about 5,000 messages in my inbox. Restarted. Everything is fine now.

thank you for your advise. I did not know about the diagnostics tool.
