Hi I have had to reoad my laptop as there had been a fault with the i.d. system
before that i had down loaded the Microsoft Home and Student 2007 programme from the 60day trial I was given a key, now that key isn't recognised. Can you help here.

You can uninstall the Microsoft OFfice 2007 program from Start, Control Panel, Uninstall a program, then download and install the Office 2010 trial at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/
(you will get a new trial key).

But don't do the above if you did purchase Microsoft Office 2007 previously. Where did you purchase it? Do you still have the purchased Office 2007 product key? What was the office 2007 type, i.e. Home & Student, Professional, Ultimate, etc?

I purchased it from the download in 2010 after running the trial programme the key was supplied on line by Microsoft on purchase

First, please uninstall the trial office program from your computer.

You can search your email for the previous order confirmation; if you cannot find it, please go to
https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/en_US/DisplayEditProfilePage
, and login your account (reset the password if needed) to redownload your office.

If that does not work, please confirm you've purchased Office version 2010, and let me know the office 2007 type, i.e. Home & Student, Professional, Ultimate, etc? Thank you.
